Amy Cuilla
Founder, Talento HR Partners
With over 20 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), I have partnered with startups, mid-sized businesses, and multi-billion-dollar organizations to align people strategy with business goals.
I bring both strategic insight and hands-on execution across HR strategy, recruitment and onboarding, workforce planning and analytics, compliance, employee relations, compensation & benefits, learning and development, and organizational design.
Having worked with companies such as FedEx, Mucinex, and many other large, mid-sized, and small companies, I understand how to build practical HR solutions that strengthen businesses while helping to create workplaces where great people want to grow and stay.
