By accessing this website or engaging Talento HR Partners for staffing, HR consulting, or recruitment services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, candidates, and any other users of our website or services. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.
2. Services Provided
Talento HR Partners provides professional HR staffing, talent acquisition, executive search, fractional HR consulting, and workforce solutions to businesses in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and beyond. Our services include, but are not limited to, permanent placement, contract staffing, temp-to-hire arrangements, HR advisory, and employee relations consulting. Talento HR Partners acts as an intermediary between employers and job seekers and does not guarantee placement outcomes for either party.
3. Client Responsibilities
Client companies engaging Talento HR Partners agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding open positions, company culture, compensation structures, and any other details relevant to the talent search. Clients are responsible for conducting their own due diligence prior to extending offers of employment. Talento HR Partners is not liable for hiring decisions made by client organizations. Clients must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, including but not limited to the Texas Labor Code and federal anti-discrimination statutes.
4. Candidate Responsibilities
Candidates submitting resumes, applications, or personal information to Talento HR Partners represent that all information provided is accurate, truthful, and up-to-date. Misrepresentation of qualifications, credentials, work history, or any other material information may result in immediate removal from consideration and termination of any placement. Candidates are not charged fees for standard job placement services. Talento HR Partners will not submit a candidate's profile to any employer without prior consent.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees for recruitment and HR consulting services are outlined in individual client agreements or engagement letters. Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, all invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. Talento HR Partners reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances. Placement fees for direct hire engagements are governed by the terms detailed in the client's service agreement, including any applicable guarantee or replacement periods.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary, sensitive, or non-public information exchanged during the course of the engagement. Talento HR Partners will not disclose client company details, compensation structures, or internal hiring strategies to third parties without written consent. Candidate information will be shared with prospective employers only with the candidate's explicit consent. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any service agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, service descriptions, and proprietary methodologies — is the exclusive property of Talento HR Partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Talento HR Partners.
8. Limitation of Liability
Talento HR Partners makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the suitability of any candidate for a specific role or the availability of positions for any candidate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Talento HR Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to lost profits, lost business opportunities, or damages resulting from a failed placement. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
11. Modifications to Terms
Talento HR Partners reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
